I have some questions about your products:

How do I know what size to order?

We have size charts on our bamboo clothing, hats and belts pages along with explanations of how to work out your measurement. If you’re still stuck, then feel free to get in touch with us.

Do you have more products available in your physical store?

Yes, we have a huge range in-store. Please give us a call or email to check what we also stock!

Are the products I want in stock?

Everything on our website is available in-store. But sometimes, products can unexpectedly run low or sell out for reasons beyond our control. If this happens (and we always do our best to make sure it doesn’t), we’ll be in touch to let you know when it’ll be next available. You're also very welcome to cancel your order at this time.  

About our kangaroo balls (scrotums) and paws souvenirs:

All of our genuine kangaroo balls and paws souvenirs are a by-product of kangaroos lawfully culled to control their populations or for meat consumption. The Australian code was developed to ensure that kangaroo populations are harvested humanly and in an ecologically sustainable way. The code was developed in consultation with Australian government, the scientific community, animal welfare groups, industry and the public.

My order 

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Definitely; you’ll receive confirmation of your order straight away. Plus, when your goodies are winging their way to you, we’ll let you know.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! But make sure you get in touch with us right away because we need to know before your goodies leave our store. You can either call the shop or email us.

What if I change my mind, it’s the wrong size or there’s a problem with my order once I’ve received it?

I need my order by a specific date. Can it be delivered more quickly?          

We’ll do our very best. But please call or email us before ordering. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

The process from receipt of your order to the package being sent generally takes 3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll be emailed a tracking number to track your package.

My order is taking a long time to arrive. What do I do?

Please get in touch with our shipping partner, Shippit to lodge a delivery investigation request.

When is my payment processed? 

Your payment is processed when you place your order. 

Are my online transactions secure?

We don’t collect any credit card information. Please see our terms of service and privacy policy for more details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Pay Pal

What currency are your prices on our website?

All prices are in Australian dollars. Please keep in mind that we don’t convert the total price of your order into other currencies. Billing of your credit, debit card or PayPal account is in Australian dollars ($AUD). The actual price charged to you is subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit, debit card company or PayPal in your country.
